| Time Delay and Integration (TDI) Sensor
The CCD 5061 is a 6144 pixel x 128 line, high-speed TDI sensor.
This array is set up for bi-directional operation. With four outputs
running at 20MHz per output the CCD 5061 can provide a total data
of 80MHz with line rates up to 12K. Utilizing Fairchild Imaging’s
proprietary buried channel/surface channel process, the CCD 5061
achieves consistent, superior TDI performance. The device is currently
housed in a PWB package for testing simplicity.
