| Time Delay and Integration (TDI) Sensor
The CCD 21241 is a 24,000 by 64 pixel high speed TDI
sensor. With 16 outputs, each running at 18MHz, the CCD 21241
can provide a total data rate of 300MHz enabling the CCD to run
at better than 12KHz line rate. Utilizing Fairchild Imaging proprietary
buried channel/surface channel combination CCD process, the CCD 21241
achieves consistent, superior TDI performance.
