Duties:  Architect from scratch a verification environment for Image Sensors and ISPs in System Verilog.  Create test plans and test matices.  Create and execute regression scripts and report results.  Develop both directed and constrained random test cases.  Create a verification methodology for both ASICs and FPGAs.  Adopt latest EDA tools for advanced verification methodologies.

Experience:  8 plus years experience with ASIC and FPGA design and verification.  4 plus years experience with advanced verification methodologies, ie. UVM, OVM.  Experience with one Hardware Verification Languages (HVL), ie, SystemC, System Verilog, SpecMan.  Experience with Image Sensors and Image Signal Processors (ISP).  At least 3 successful tapeouts to production.  Experience with Cadence or Mentor Simulation Tools.  Excellent oral and written skills.

Education:  BSEE, MSEE preferred.

DUTIES: Develop C++ code to control BAE custom cameras and hardware.  Develop custom applications to control BAE cameras and display real-time images.

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years C++ experience, 3 years experience using Microsoft Visual Studio (VS2005 or above).  Three years experience using Microsoft MFC, 2 years experience with Microsoft C++/CLI and 1 year experience using Microsoft C#.  Optional experience developing applications on Linux, Open GI on Windows/Linux, experience with the Subversion version control system on Windows/Linux and with Qt development environment on Windows/Linux.

EDUCATION:BSEE or BS Software Engineering / Computer Science

Duties:  Performs static and dynamic design and analysis of mechanical systems, equipment, and packages.  conducts feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.  Problem identification and troubleshooting of a wide range of complex mechanical problems.  Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects, including design and develop of camera and subsystems.  Development of key suppliers.

Interface with internal and external customers regarding mechanical issues for specific projects.  Implement concepts for a range of difficult product issues and solutions.  Specify, supervise the development of, design, or modify engineering layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of complex scope.  Generate product specifications.  Provide Mentoring for less experienced engineers.  Specify, supervise, or perform engineering analysis of complex scope.  Define, coordinate, perform, and generate engineering test reports.  Specify and review engineering documentation.  May be responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixture, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or dissemble of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle.  Establishes standards across all operational processes

Experience:  A minimum of 8 years experience in CAD based mechanical product design and development.  Thorough understanding of the use of analysis tools for thermal, stress, vibration, and optical analysis.  Must be proficient in the use of SolidWorks and associated extensions and modeling tools.  Demonstrated strong skills in both oral and written communications.

Education:  BSME, MSME preferred

DUTIES: Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.  Work with management team to direct and oversee the creation of the company five-year strategic plan, set annual objectives, execute to plan, and analyze variances.  Establish, implement and critically evaluate short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.  Develop and coordinate multi-channel sales selling cycle and methodology.  Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate sales and marketing team, both direct and indirect.  Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials, exhibits and promotion programs.  Develop & manages sales, marketing and bid & proposal budgets.  Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.  Represent the company at various community and / or business meetings to promote the company.

EXPERIENCE: Experience in strategic planning.  Demonstrated ability to execute in OEM, VAR and distributor sales channels.  Knowledge of contracting and negotiating in B2B and government.  Experience structuring sales objectives and revenue expectations.  Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and marketing communications both online and traditional.  Experience in high-tech sales and marketing, particularly CCD or CMOS imaging or technical instrumentation.  Ten years of experience in a senior-level sales and / or marketing position.  Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to motivate teams to produce within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.  Thrive in a team environment.

EDUCATION: BSEE required, advanced degree preferred

Other Key Duties: Interface with Mechanical Engineers by generating STEP files from the PCB files.  Complete assignments with defined project deadlines and goals.

EXPERIENCE:  5-10 years experience in PCB layout design.  5-10 years experience in high speed design.  Experience with Altium Designer is preferred.  Experience with Hyperlynx SI and PI is a plus.  Experience designing for EM/EMC is a plus.  Experience with CMOS and CCD sensors is a big plus.  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  Complete complex tasks with minimum guidance and supervision.  Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.  Must be flexible.
